Our Mission
At Solano Beacon, our mission is to provide support for the youth in Vacaville and the greater Solano County area by giving equitable access to extracurricular programs, athletic scholarships, and group-based support services. We empower young people with healthy, enriching alternatives—fostering resilience, connection, and personal growth in the face of adversity.

Coming in 2026:

Teen Addiction Support Meetings

Our Teen Accountability Support Meetings offer a safe, nonjudgmental space for young people navigating the challenges of substance use. These meetings are grounded in accountability-based strategies that empower teens to take ownership of their choices, build resilience, and develop practical tools for lasting change.

Each session focuses on open dialogue, goal setting, and peer support. Teens are encouraged to reflect on their actions, identify personal motivations, and create realistic plans for growth—all within a supportive environment that fosters trust, honesty, and respect.

Our approach emphasizes progress over perfection, helping teens build healthy habits, stronger relationships, and a renewed sense of purpose.

Extracurricular Scholarships

At Solano Beacon, we believe every child deserves access to enriching, healthy outlets—regardless of financial circumstances. Our Extracurricular Scholarship Program helps cover the cost of activities like martial arts, sports, music, and other after-school programs that promote physical wellness, discipline, and personal growth.

By removing financial barriers, we ensure that children and teens can explore their passions, build confidence, and stay engaged in positive environments outside the classroom. These scholarships offer more than just access—they open doors to connection, self-discovery, and a stronger sense of community.
